Shri Tirupati Balaji is seated in the form of Lakshmi Pati in the Balaji temple of Naimisharanya. A flagpole outside the temple is considered a sig n of God’s house. God Lakshmipati Balaj i is sitting in the sanctum sanctorum of the temple. The idols of Lakshmi Devi are on the left, and Bhudevi is seated on the right side of Lord Balaji
A week-long festival is celebrated in the temple with great porn p in Februa ry. To attain blessings, thousands of devotees from South India attend this festival. The temple committee celebrates the annual festival with great fanfare every five years. Deep Yagya is also organised during the temple’s annual festival, where many devotees gather to perform rituals.
On the right side of the temple, towards the back, the Sheesh Mahal of Lord Tirupati Balaji is established. Devotees believe that the Lord sleeps in the bedroom built in the Sheesh mahal at night.
Salted rice is offered daily to Tirupati Balaj i Maharaj by the temple committee. After that, it is distributed among the devotees who visit. The temple of Shri Tirupati Balaji at Naimisharanya Teertha was built in the year 1996 with the inspiration of Shri Venkataramacharya.
